Rent a Studio

Our studios are available for rent on a month-to-month basis. Currently there are 39 artist studios at our facilities.

Studios vary in size, shape, amount and direction of light, availability of plumbing and cost. Most studios are about 10 x 11 feet; a smaller number of studios measure 14 x 16 feet. We also have a few studios ranging from 400 - 650 square feet of floor space. Ceiling height ranges from 8 - 12 feet.

Rent ranges from $135 - $375 per month.
