Harwood

Mary Sweet is a New Mexico resident since 1970, but was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her BA in art and humanities from Stanford University and stayed on to earn her M.A. in Art. She has been making woodblock prints since 1993 and has exhibited her prints widely. Mary has an extensive national showing record including many traveling exhibitions and shows at such venues as the Crocker Museum, Sacramento, Oakland Art Museum, Richmond Art Center, and most recently, the Biennial at The Albuquerque Museum. She is also widely published in many periodicals and books.
